260Z with a Nissan turbo motor

Great turn out for today’s event. In addition to having a very pleasant conversation with Edward, owner of a super-clean old Toyota Corolla wagon (shown in a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to follow), I stalked met Justin Westbrook and watched him !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Had to figure out who this guy was doing the Jalopnik stuff in the same city.

Here is a restrained selection of my photos - I have eclectic taste, so you’ll have to deal with that and possibly questionable photo quality. I did not include the run-of-the-mill modern Lambos, Ferraris, Mercedes, GT-Rs, Vettes, muscle cars, etc., and I missed a couple of offbeat rarities.

I also did not get the #kaybait photo of the classic GT40 because somehow I missed it until it was driving away.

Every time I see a Z3 M Coupe I am both jealous and relieved because I almost bought a great example a bit more than a year ago . . . but didn’t. I still like ‘em, although I’m not sure I’d want that color.

I thought that clown shoe looked familiar. I guess the owner lives in either 28262 or 28269 because I’ve seen that exact car at Trader Joe’s on Mallard Creek Church Road.

Did you ever see a blue S2000 (AP1) there in past years? I bought mine in Charlotte, would be cool to meet the previous owner.

Couldn’t say. While I like and respect the S2000, it doesn’t cause me to take notice at Cars and Coffee.
